Selling over $1M in phone systems, I was propelled into a rapid trajectory of success. Within a remarkable 14 months, I earned the role of Sales Manager, setting a record for the fastest promotion in the division’s history.
Pioneering Territory Management at AT&T
Eager for new challenges, I became AT&T’s first Territory Manager, revolutionizing the sales and service landscape for eastern North Carolina. A visionary move followed as I spearheaded the successful launch of a national program, shifting AT&T’s sales strategy to commission-only agents for the small business segment.
Co-founding T.I.C. EnterprisesĀ
Driven by a passion for transformation, I co-founded T.I.C. Enterprises, which quickly burgeoned into the largest outsourced sales company in the U.S. Over a decade, I guided T.I.C. from a startup to a powerhouse with 1250 employees, including 650 salespeople, and an annual sales revenue exceeding $100M.
Transforming MDSI into a Tech Powerhouse
At MDSI, we transformed the company from a warehouse and logistics-focused entity to a Cisco Gold and Avaya Platinum Partner. Over a seven-year tenure, we achieved remarkable growth, elevating top-line revenue from $55M to over $86M and increasing earnings from $1.5M to $6.5M.
Orchestrating Growth at Restore POC
Venturing into the healthcare sector, I became the SVP of Sales and Marketing for Restore POC, orchestrating the growth of a nationwide salesforce and successfully facilitating a strategic exit for investors.
Leading Expense Consulting through the Pandemic PivotĀ
The journey continued as I assumed the presidency of Expense Consulting, navigating the challenging healthcare market during the Covid pandemic. Our pivot toward grant writing for FEMA grants propelled the company’s revenue from $2M to a staggering $15M in just three years.

The entrepreneurial spirit led me to establish Technology Solutions, where we swiftly became the largest Nextel wireless national dealer within two years, managing over 1,000 activations monthly. Exiting this venture after eight years, I assumed the role of President and COO at Management Data Systems International (MDSI).
